Titles are matched across every server by their TMDB & IMDb IDs — one entry, never duplicates.
Pause on Plex, finish on Jellyfin. Aether keeps the furthest point across every source and device.
See every server a title lives on, with quality badges — and switch where it plays in a tap.
Connect them all into one library and choose which one streams first.
A real tvOS-native interface — focus-driven browsing, Siri Remote scrubbing, frame-rate matching, HDR and Dolby Vision. Your library looks like it was born on the big screen.

Native on Apple Silicon, playing through the same PrismCore engine as every other platform — drag-and-drop playback, full keyboard control, picture-in-picture. On the App Store, like every other Apple platform.

Lights down. Screen up to IMAX size. Room optional.
Step into a Dark Theater, scale the screen up to a wall, and dial the room away with the Digital Crown — on a full native player.
Apple’s playback stack does things no third-party player can — hardware decode, Dolby Atmos passthrough, Dolby Vision. It just won’t open an MKV. PrismCore separates your file into its streams and repackages them, untouched, into something AVPlayer will accept. Same file, Apple’s engine.

PrismCore plays your library today — on by default on every platform, under Settings ▸ Playback. Confirmed on real hardware, not just in tests: MKV playing natively, Dolby Atmos reaching the receiver, and an Apple TV switching into Dolby Vision on the first try. It is open source under the LGPL, so you can read every line of it.
Aether connects directly to your Plex, Jellyfin and local libraries — your media never passes through our servers. No cloud sync, no ads, no features locked behind a subscription.
